WARRANTY & EXCHANGES

Jewellery sales

We offer exchanges on any items within 28 days of purchase, with a valid receipt and the item still being within the same condition. We do not accept refunds. Earrings, earring backs and other body piercing jewellery are exempt from exchanges in accordance with the British Consumer Rights and Trading Standards act for Business and Hygiene.

 

Watch sales

All of our watches come with a manufacturer guarantee. This is generally two years but will vary by manufacturer. When you purchase a watch from us our staff will fill out the manufacturer's warranty card for you.

Jewellery and watch repairs

All jewellery repairs are guaranteed for six months. Watch repairs and batteries are guaranteed for 12 months. However, please do check the quality of your repairs carefully before you leave our premises.
